An imperial stout conditioned on Tahitian vanilla, Peruvian single origin coffee, and a touch of Vermont maple syrup to round out the roasty notes from the coffee with a touch of sweetness.

Picked up a 16oz single from the Blue Door Bottleshop 8-4-22 for $6.25. No canning date; consumed 10-5-22.
Beer poured black as night with a very nice tan head that has some great hang time.
Nose is a nice touch of astringent coffee, vanilla, and maple.
Taste is well blended. Large malt base that is slightly roasted takes on the nice touch of coffee, vanilla, and maple that melds nicely finishing very balanced with a touch of adjunct flavoring in the back.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall a nice blending of adjuncts by Heist!

Strong vanilla bean aromas. Warming mouthfeel, silky smooth texture. A bit boozy. Strong notes of vanilla, more subtle notes of coffee. Lingering sweetness. It’s basically their “Leafer Season” from 2019 with a better, more substantial body.
