Clear reddish copper color. One finger tan fine head. Full curtain lacing and surface cap.
Aroma: dark malt, bread, ginger.
Taste: Malt, brown bread, light hop fruitiness, bitter aftertaste .
Medium body, good carbonation, no off flavors. Good depth of flavors.
My first lager from Heist, and I am impressed. Getting this fresh justified the $3.50 price tag.
