Fresh and jazzy...the new way to describe pilsners. Simplicity in its truest form. 100% local pilsner malt, water, our house Czech yeast, and Czech Saaz hops. Notes of peppery spice and a nice herbal quality, sure to be a summertime favorite.

A - Pale gold with light carbonation and thin, bright white lacing.
S - Earthy, spicy floral aroma.
T - Crackery crisp malt with juicy floral and a shot of light earthy citrus, and finishes with an assertive and somewhat sharp lingering bitterness.
M - Light medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - This is a pretty fantastic Pilsner and glad to have found this one.

Aroma is malts/sweet bread and spicy hops. The flavor is fruit/slightly vegetal, lager yeast, malts/grains, a hint of flavored bubblegum and a spicy hop finish.
