In honor of our brewery's owner having a third kid, here's a triple dry hopped hazy triple IPA. Phantasm powder, Enigma, Galaxy, Nelson, and Mosaic Cryo in this over-the-top juice and white wine bomb.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow golden body with a thick, fluffy white head. Sweet fruity aroma, citrus, light hoppy notes. Taste is orange, tangerine, juicy, then tailing off to a zesty finish. Bitterness lingers.

Picked up a 16oz single from Appalachian Vintner in Asheville 8-4-22 for $6.05. No canning date but guessing June, consumed 8-9-22.
Beer poured hazy orange with a very nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose is very nice; orange and peach are shining thru.
Taste follows the nose with a light but potent malt base that is hopped with orange, peach, pears, and apples. Finishes perfectly balanced; 5/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall a wonderfully flavored TIPA!
