This is one of those rare times when a beer smells and tastes exactly as the name says.
Nice and dark, and does indeed taste like Oreos and milk. It was great.

 

Poured a blackish body with decent lace left from quick-dying head. Medium body, slightly sticky, a tad dry, as the beer and smells kind of like a chocolate cookie, although the cream aspect is somewhat noticeable as there is a touch of sweetness (not slickness) in this beer, with a mostly roasted/dry chocolate taste that is more bitter than sweet (perhaps the coffee) but still finishes with some sweetness and is enjoyable.
