Heaven Hill bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout conditioned on Descent Blend from Summit Coffee in Davidson, NC, royal cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow. Forget Folgers. This is the best part of waking up.

Appearance: Arrives still and black with no head; leggy
Smell: Coffee, Bourbon, chocolate and vanilla
Taste: Bourbon and chocolate forward with coffee emerging; the cinnamon becomes pronounced, through the middle, along with the Bourbon while the marshmallow adds sweetness; the finish is a touch fruity
Mouthfeel: Thick bodied with low carbonation
Overall: An excellent BA stout with the adjuncts nicely blended
