Double barrel-aged stout that began in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, and was then transferred into a vanilla extract barrel that formerly housed wheated Woodford Reserve. The result is a bit of bourbon heat surrounded by chocolate cupcakes layered with insane amounts of vanilla bean frosting

Appearance: Arrives still and black; leggy but no lacing
Smell: Bourbon, chocolate and vanilla tones
Taste: Bourbon from the outset with dark chocolate and vanilla flavors developing; the Bourbon expands bringing the distinct flavors of a wheated Bourbon barrel but it never overwhelms
Mouthfeel: Thick bodied with low carbonation
Overall: Outstanding BA treatment; really captures the subtle distinctiveness of a wheated Bourbon barrel
