This mixed culture sour was aged in an oak foeder for almost a year, then it was conditioned on watermelon, lime zest, and a pinch of Fleur de Sel. The end result is the perfect summer beverage, we think. Ripe watermelon gives way to notes of sea salt and light funk, while the lime shines more and more bright with each sip you take.
