Thick, deep red, orange colored head (pomegranate and cranberry). High head production of off white/cranberry colored head. Resulting head is striped with cranberry and egg shell white. Leaves behind some remnants of puree lacing.
Aroma is kept tight, but has lemon, pomegranate, and cranberry.
Taste is tart, with flavors of lemon, pomegranate and cranberry. Some sweetness sneaks in but mostly a fruited sour. Smooth fruit fade out in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Slightly more sweet fruit than tart. Good carbonation.
Well balanced kettle sour with fruit that brings both tart and sweet.
