Brewed in collaboration with New Origin Brewing from Asheville, NC. Starting with our house favorite Czech pilsner yeast strain, this whole cone pilsner gets treated with Tettenanger hops. Expect a bready and slightly sweet aroma with notes of toasted sourdough and lemon zest, with a subtle herbal spiciness.
