Forget the rules, and know this: let everyone know about Das Festbier! This is brewed primarily with Pilsen malt from Carolina Malt House, and a touch each of Vienna and Munich malts, hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh and Magnum, and lagered extensively. We're getting toasted honey wheat bread with hints of spice, and a touch of floral notes in the finish.
