We took our Rooted Below base, aged in a Heaven Hill barrel for 30 months and a Elijah Craig Toasted barrel for 22 months, and conditioned it over pecan sticky bun flavored coffee. The nutty, roasty coffee comes to the forefront of this brew, playing into the oaky, spicy qualities of the base, bringing along notes of cinnamon and brown sugar glaze.
