A very nice take on a classic German style. They state that they used a decoction mash while crafting this beer. Nothing to complain about. Perfect on a hot summer day.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a slightly hazed, honey-gold coloring with a white, frothy head. Nose of light honey and toast. Flavors are toast, honey, and heavy clove and coriander spicing. Smooth, light bodied, with a tangy sweet aftertaste. Cloying finish. Meh. A little overly spiced on the palate, and somewhat unremarkable otherwise.
