Poured on-tap at the brewpub under the name "Red #7", the beer was a caramel-amber coloring with a filmy, white, clingy head. Nose of nut and caramel sweet and rich, with a toasty overlay. Flavors are roast and tangy sweet, with a caramel-heavy lean. Smooth and light, with a smoky sweet aftertaste. Smooth finish, making this an all-around easy drinker.
