Poured on-tap at the brewpub under the title "I2PA", the beer is a hazy, caramel-copper coloring with a thin, sparse, off-white head. Nose of resinous pine and bitter hops, with citrus highlights. Flavors are bitter forward, with a tangy caramel backbone and heavy green grass and cedar overtones. Light, robust bodied, with a bitter, resinous aftertaste. Well balanced, with a slightly dry, bitter finish. Good brew.
