Review 6/29/2014 at Sky High on the third floor sky deck bar, an open air, bar with about a dozen picnic table style seating areas, and 6 chairs at the indoor/outdoor bar area, how freakin' cool is that!
Tha appearance of this beer is an amber to orange hue, with a tiny bit of white , edge- hugging head.
The aroma is of faint plum, and dark sugars.
Taste is sweet, honey and caramel notes, I would really like to try a bottle of this in a year, and then in two, for a full, satisfying review, but sadly, bottling has not begun.
Mouthfeel is probably on a bit higher than mid-level, I like it.
Overall, for guys that have been open less than a year, they are starting their business venture out well, I hope to hear very good things in the future, and look forward to trying more offerings in the future.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
