Look: Amber in color (duh) with an eggshell head that retains well and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly baked bread, light toffee, some caramel, and earthy hops
Taste: Bready malt galore – freshly baked bread, toasted bread, light dough, toffee, and caramel hold it down as earthy hops weave in and out, maintaining the overall balance throughout
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth on the finish
Overall: Another winner here. I love a good Amber Ale and this most definitely is one. Loads of malt flavor here and in all the right ways. A delicious and well-made beer and recommended
