Look: Clear blonde and opaque with a nice white head that leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Pilsner malt, floral hops, soda crackers, and honey
Taste: A floral bouquet opens it up with butterfly bush, tea olive, and jasmine all in play, while layers of cracker-led malt drift in and join. Closes with a flower nectar/honey-like sweetness
Mouthfeel: Clean, crisp, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish
Overall: Delicious stuff. Really tasty and deep throughout and my first beer from these folks so a good first impression. Nice to be having it at the brewpub sitting on their rooftop bar to boot. Hitting the spot and would definitely drink again – possibly for my next beer. Recommended
