Look: Bright yellow and nearly clear with a nice white head that eventually settles to a film
Aroma: Straw, honey, pear-led fruity esters, warmed white bread, and floral hops
Taste: Straw and honey kick it off as a lovely combo of fruity esters and floral hops begin to filter in and mingle. Bready malt weaves into the fold in the middle and closes with honey
Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and lightly soft on the finish
Overall: I’m a sucker for a good Cream Ale and this is a good one. Nice bready malt and fruity ester combo is really refreshing, plus the floral hops and clean feel are true-to-style for a nice Cream Ale. Recommended
