Look: Jet black with a nice tan head that slowly settles to a film
Aroma: Roast, coffee, earthiness, brown bread, and baker’s cocoa
Taste: Follows the nose well. Roast, dark chocolate, and coffee initially hit and settle in. Earthiness follows and bread is ever-present throughout before closing like it started
Mouthfeel: Full, smooth, clean, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish
Overall: This is a tasty Irish Stout. Nice roast and cocoa along with an earthy balance and dry finish. Hitting the spot alongside my Rueben sandwich at the brewpub right now and recommended
