A classic American Pilsner! Cornlaboration lager was born from the creative brewing mind meld of Perrin Brewing Company in Michigan and Oskar Blues Brewery in Colorado & North Carolina. This heady combination of corn, Full Pint malt, German hops and Denmark lager yeast compels cornstalks to high five in the field.

Mini review: on tap at stag's head.
Well balanced, refreshing beer with a nice grainy kick. Mouthfeel carries a beer like this, and this one's is great. Would absolutely get again.

This beer is exactly what I think it is supposed to be. Light, clean, crisp, and easy drinking. Slight sweetness in the flavor, and just a touch of hops. Similar to a typical AAL, but much more pleasant tasting. This definitely would not be a go to for me as I like a bit more bold flavor, but I could see crushing a cold one of these on a hot summer day.

I've been meaning to try this one and I was happy to see it on tap. The appearance it pretty much just what i expect from a Adjunct Lager, nothing looks out of place. The aroma is pretty similar, but it's not as light as the macros with the adjuncts seeming to stick out the most. The taste is similar to the aroma with the corn taking the main stage, but it never gets to be too much and there's just enough grainy flavors in the background to balance it out a little. The mouthfeel is fuller than the macros, but it works with it. Overall I liked it for what it is, I'm not gonna go out of my way to try it again, but i'm glad I tried it and I wouldn't mind drinking it when I'm in the mood for the style.
