Poured on draft into a Noni glass it has a slowly growing fine Nitro 2 inch + off white head with a root beer colored body. Smell is sweet chocolate and small earth notes with minor soapy tones. Taste is rich with a very light roasted malt and caramel flavor. The Nitro complements the milds flavor very well. It has a light body and full mouth feel.
