Poured into a tulip it has a inch thick white head with a pink clear body. Smell of strawberry, slight cherry, apple, honey, lots of floral, and some light biscuit malt in the background. Taste is tons of honey, strawberry, apple, cherry, hibiscus, very very light malt flavor, and a bit of a hoppy citrus in the background with some earth. Mouth feel is light and crisp carbonation with a moderate to light body. Interesting braggot, a lot more fruit and honey than beer.
