Served on tap, 10 oz pour in a tulip. Mahogany liquid caoped by a thick, creamy khaki head, about a finger and a half. Gigantic aroma of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel. Sweet and tantalizing. The first shock is the feel: way thin for a nitro, especially compared to the thick, frothy head. Second was the flavor. There's definitely caramel, but it's much more muted than the aroma. Overall, pretty decent.

Had this on tap at a local bar.
Look: dark caramel brown color with a finger or so of tan head
Smell: caramel (surprise!), butterscotch, hint of malt
Taste: mostly caramel here. unfortunately, it doesn't taste nearly as good as it smells. still decent, a little too sweet for me though.
Feel: medium body & carbonation; on the smooth side
Overall: not bad, but if I'm looking for this style of beer I can probably find something better. The wife really liked it though (she's not much of a beer person).

Poured into a tulip it has a 2 and a half inch slight caramel head with hazy caramel Nitro body that settles to a clear red body. Smell of butterscotch, caramel, vanilla, biscuit malt. Same as smell but with a very big caramel popcorn flavor. Mouth feel is creamy and full same as body. Pretty stomach upsetting beer, but honestly I should have expected it, dead dove warning.

Look is a nice caramel color in following with the name. The head wasn't as impressive as I expect for nitro. The smell is pure caramel; really nice and impressive. The taste follows the nose but doesn't quite live up to the hype the smell is selling; that said it's still a great flavor. Feel is solid from the nitro. Definitely recommended. I was expecting to be let down with a beer that didn't deliver on the name but I was very pleasantly surprised.
