Made with ingredients all grown within 5 miles of Perrin Brewing, there isn't anything more local than this beer. All the hops and barley were grown by Andy and processed by Hop Ridge Farm (co-owned by Andy) and the barley was malted by Pilot Malt House. The 100% raw honey was supplied by Saul Lake Honey. This is a smooth drinking Honey IPA with floral hop, honey aroma and a rich malt backbone.
