Definitely something different for me. Sweetness but yet sour but yet the slightest of back end bitters. Really enjoyable brew in my opinion and is quite different from what I’m used to, but in a good way

Hello sour candy, but with a soft side. Nice gose. Color golden. Nose like a sour candy. Taste is sour, but then softens to a dreamy flavor. Great gose.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours crystal clear pale golden/straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Slight spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy passion fruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape, berry, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, passion fruit, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy passion fruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape, berry, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passion fruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape, berry, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passion fruit, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is an excellent gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passion fruit, salt, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Never overly lactic or salty. Great balance between Lacto and fruit, with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
