Thanks to RaphaelJenkins for so many bottles of No Rules that I’ve gained five pounds in the last couple of weeks. 22 oz. bottle split with my wife.
Black. Like coffee. Or Milky Way bars. I like Milky Way bars. Coffee, not so much. If I wanted dirty water I’d grab a cup & head to the Mississippi. Aroma is surprisingly light – minor notes of coffee, bourbon, & chocolate.
No Rules – Milky Way Coffee add subtle depth to an already great beer. The coconut & beer remain strong & dominant, while the chocolate of the candy bar enhances the cocoa that was already in the base beer. Marshmallows & gentle coffee are well integrated, with a finish of alcohol that is not unexpected, but will make me sleep (“sleep”) well tonight. Thick. Less sweet than expected, I could have taken this bottle myself.
Lovely. Excellent. Bring me all the No Rules variants, please.
