NO RULES were followed throughout the creation of this beer. This Imperial Porter was made with coconut, turbinado sugar and laid down to age in bourbon aged wine barrels. These ex-bourbon barrels aged a medium-bodied red wine that adds its wine characteristic to the robust flavors of NO RULES.

8 ball black with a fuzzy tan head that fizzles down fairly quickly.
Tasting more like a barleywine than I recall of other No Rules, but a good one, though with a little sting, I experience solid caramel, tannin, and perhaps some grape influence on the base.
