This 2023 NO RULES Coffee Variant is a 15% Imperial Porter, made with coconut, turbinado sugar and laid down to age in bourbon barrels for several months. This variant combines a special coffee roast from Morningsong Coffee Roasters, located within 6 miles of the brewery.

Pour is stout black with, for the ABV, an impressive light brown head that left little lacing.
The taste is typical of the No Rules franchise but has the additional flavor of coffee. Smooth and medium roast coffee. Delicious.
The feel is a little thinner than I’d expect, but I drank it pretty quickly so it didn’t bother me at all.
OA, one of the best variants of the series.
