A very solid sour entry. Bitter citrus...lower carbonation but amazing taste. Paradox is getting the job done.

i get it, i really do, blending so many different beers together can be awesome, have a ton of cool synergistic effects, and result in an entirely new set of flavors and feels, but this one seems a little convoluted, a little overdone, like, some of the elements may not be compatible with some of the others, or like theres just too much going on here. i like all the dried fruit going on, and i really like the sour level, that brings citrus and brett and oak and lacto all together. i get a lot of bourbon on this too, which is neat in a really sour beer. the vanilla and the fruit are nice, smoke and leather seem out of place. its almost so much as to distract itself from itself, if that makes sense, like i never really get to know it, and the harder i try, the less successful i am. i like the beer, but paradox has a lot more harmonious offerings i think. still, an adventure in a bottle right here.

Paradox is crushing the game! This beer is insanely delicious, all kinds of citrus and yeasty funk in the nose and taste, with a beautiful golden orange color. Delightfully tart, and masterfully blended. I'd imagine this beer would only get better with age, definitely gonna grab one for the cellar.

Pours cloudy blonde orange. Almost no head. Smells of bitter citrus and a touch of wood from the oak barrels. Taste is awesome orange rind and lemon with a touch of lime. Really interesting. Mouthfeel is a true sour puckering and refreshing.
