Opaque pale auburn/ murky dark gold pour; thick white head disappears immediately; no lace. Tart fruit aromas; nose makes me think of goat cheese and grapefruit. Sour grapefruit start with with salty, peppery, oaky middle; buttery Pinot Noir finish. Medium lite mouthfeel; buttery salted wood/grapefruit zest tongue coating. Overall excellent - salty/sour grapefruit linger - drinks like a Gose on flavor steroids.

The citrus flavors were not quite as strong as I would have liked, but a really enjoyable aroma and crisp flavor.
