Pours cloudy with sediment, dark burgundy red with racing bubbles and a dense creamy light khaki colored foam head. Smells rich and decadent, like creamy fresh chocolate, vanilla, cherries, brandy, oak barrel, dark caramel malts, toasty toffee, molasses, with mild earthy hops. Tastes sour and roasty, malty and rich, with chocolate cacao nibs, dark cherries, vanilla, dark caramel, toasty toffee, molasses, roasted malts, dark fruits, brandy oak barrel, finishing dry with earthy hops. Feels medium bodied, creamy with moderate high carbonation. Overall a nice wild sour brown ale aged in brandy barrels with cacao nibs and dark cherries.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a deep mahogany shade of brown topped by a dense and long lasting three finger light tan head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with decent lacing
S: Smells of cherries with some nice sourness and oak
T: Taste is nice and tart with some strong cherries and oak. Slight leather and a hint of chocolate along with a touch of vanilla. On the swallow we get more cherries, oak and sourness with some more leather and chocolate.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of body. Carbonation is effervescent but not prickly while the beer has a drying finish from the acidity.
O: Overall this one is really nice. Great flavors with some solid complexity that make this one a really interesting dark sour. It's worth a try if they make it again or if you can still find it.

Poured into a wine glass. Goldenish-brown color with a fingernail head giving evidence of decent carbonation. Nose of tart cherries and brandy. Taste is a moderate funk, cherry, and bitter chocolate with a brandy signature on the finish. Light body and high carbonation with a whiff of sweaty socks in the aftertaste.
The aftertaste is what really sticks out to me and remains an asterisk to the beer. The chocolate and cherry did come through and it was something different. Worth trying it once.
