Brewed with pale malt, sugar and sour cherries per the website. 6% ABV. 10 IBU. Fermented with Belgian ale yeast. $1.99 for a 22oz bomber on blowout at Russos Market.
Pours out to a sparkingly clear deep ruby, forming a nice soapy pink head with average retention and good lacing. The aroma is nice, A bit of basement dust, tart cherries, some very mild phenols. Carbonation is moderate, about 2.5 carbs. Taste is pretty mild but good, cherries, a touch of metal, some clean but not overwhelming acidity. No real funk to speak of. It's an easy drinker. The mouthfeel is very light bodied despite the 6.0 ABV and has a seltzery feel with a crisp and clean finish.
This isnt too bad. It's not close to being a traditional belgian Kriek with a nice sweet/sour balance and more chew, but this is still an easy drinking mild cherry ale that was worth the $2.

Look: soft pinkish white head with a deep raspberry haze colored body, medium sized bubbles that lasted about a minute
Smell: and off funky raspberry smell with some graininess and tartness
Taste: tart, raspberry, cherry, moderately funky was a very mild grainbill. No noticeable hopping
Feel: a bit slick, dry and slightly energetic carbonation. It leaves a resinous coating in your mouth
Overall: Not bad but not a wonder beer, however, for five dollars for a bomber I would probably get it again

Pours clear, maroon in color with one inch head. Taste is sour cherries, mineral and chardonnay. High carbonation, dry, slightly sour and light bodied. Interesting, although I prefer several other examples in this style.

Poured a clear light brown with ruby highlights and a very small head. It smelled of cherry and a little sweet caramel. Slightly sour with a light cherry taste.

Pours a reddish brown color with a pinkish white head. Has a faint sour smell. Taste is a combination of sour and cherry in the finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied. Overall, I like the fact it's not overwhelming sour, but could have more cherry taste to it.
