Blueberry, vanilla and matcha on the nose that are very appealing. However, the bitterness on the palate (true to its IPA roots) clashes a bit with the delicate aromas.

A 4oz pour at the brewery, 2.18.17
The Raja with green tea

L - golden with clarity, and tons of lacing left all over the glass

A - green tea, citrus hops

T - Hoppy, citrus, and the green tea adds an awesome dimension. Awesome beer!

F - well carbonated and light body

O - Awesome side project of the Raja. Love it

Raja infused with The Tea Spot’s Boulder Blues, a green tea with mallow flowers, corn flowers, strawberry, and rhubarb. Description from the brewery.

I love the Tea Spot's Boulder Blue green tea to begin with, and then was stocked to see it mixed in with Raja. The green tea comes through boldly, but in a very good way! The fruitiness of the green tea really shines against the already great Raja backbone. Definitely recommended if you're at the brewery!
