I stopped by the brewery late this morning, as I was in the area and quite thirsty. Poured a nice light golden color with a big, rocky, white head. Way too hoppy on the nose for the style ( a big + in my book). On the palate, light bodied and very easy to drink, with hops, a little biscuit and more hops. One of my favorites for the style.

On tap at the brewery. Wow what a pilsner, this is at the imperial pilsner level. Cloudy unfiltered grapefruit looks. IBU 50 and very tasty, good bitterness, carbonation right there and still above average mouthfeel. Yeasty. Thick lace, big head and one quarter inch head. Very drinkable.
