Served in a shaker pint glass. 5oz pour.
A variation of traditional Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale brewed with cucumber and mint.
A: Lasting creamy/airy head about two fingers in size. Good lacing action around the glass. Hazy light yellow color.
S: Light citrus and grapefruit aromas with a subtle biscuit smell.
T: Creamy and soft upfront, with citrus through the middle. Ends with slight peppery taste as well as crispness from the cucumbers and an almost mint tea-like quality. Bothe the cucumber and mint are very subtle and there is a clean crisp finish to this beer.
M: Lively and fizzy carbonation. Light to medium body.
O: This is an outstanding Season and one that I would drink, and have, over and over again. Perfect for a hot summer day, or one of those hot Fall days that will pop up here and there throughout the South.
