Yellow Jacket pours a copper color with a nice lacing head. There is a sweet honey like aroma, with a floral kick. The taste is rather balanced, sweet honey like flavors, and a nice sweet, wet hop kick near the end. Good body, and nice carbonation, and drinkable. Overall its a very nice IPA, with some unique sweet flavors.
