Strong Ale pours a reddish color with a nice lacing head. There is a very nice rich and bold malt aroma, that is slightly sweet. The taste is mellow, with a bit of a harsh malty bite, lots of caramel flavors, hints of dry fruits. Nice flavors, but a bit weak, and under carbonated. Overall its a nice beer.
