Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Hazy, unfiltered body. Thin white head. Leaves behind lacing sheet on the glass.
Aroma of orange and pineapple. Some hints of malt underneath.
Taste has hop flavors of mango, orange, pineapple, and grapefruit. Sweet toasted bread malts. Gets a onion and vegetal expression in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Has an ending bite but has a general sweetness, and bitterness is low. Good carbonation.
It does live up to the "raw" part of its name, and could stand some refinement.
