On tap at brewery. Went looking for my old review and I apparently never received it.
Pours a nice, dark gold color - taste is malty but not offensively. Finishes earthy, little bitterness. Delicious

Look: Hazy gold. One finger of foamy white head with decent retention.
Smell: Mild malt with a slight corn note. Sweet hops at the back.
Taste: Very mild, with a biscuity corn-flecked malt taste backed by slightly spicy hops.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and well-carbonated.
Overall: As a 1948 reproduction, it’s an interesting experiment. It pales in comparison to more traditional kolsch.
