On tap at the brewery.
Black with ruby highlights and tan film. 4
Ashy, roast, with some cookie underneath. 3.75
Cocoa, light anise, German dark loaf, and espresso grounds. 4
Brown sugar comeback.
Fizzy, round, almost medium. 4
Oats don’t smooth it out as much as they should, and the fizz lightens it too much. Solid, but nothing more. Maybe Sloop should stick to IPAs. 4

Poured on tap, not much head at all, dark, smells of oatmeal and chocolate, smooth rich and creamy. Could have a few and WILL have again if found again.

L: Pours black with a slight bit of tan white head.
S; Some cocoa, burnt malt
T: A little cocoa, toasted, burnt malt.
F: Medium body, light carbonation. Quite smooth.
O: Very good. Felt quite thin after having a few heavy imperial stouts. Very enjoyable.
