Factory location has plentiful room with tables and bar seating. Eleven choices on tap, mostly IPA’s. Beer I sampled were all above average and the food was good as well. Will definitely be back soon.

More crowded than I expected, but very friendly environment. I will be back. Not many taps, but the new and great. Lots and lots of cans available to go.

Sloop is a cool little place on a farm, just a 5 minute drive south of Suarez Family Brewery.
It's obvious that the building was a barn that once house their retail operation, and that remains! They have fresh vegetables in season, and assorted cheeses, cured meats, breads, and honeys and sauces available. There are also hot dogs and sometimes a food truck outside.
It's a pretty decent sized room with the bar at the back, and a window on the right that looks into the cellar area of the brewery. They've got some surprisingly big tanks!
There's a fairly decent selection of beers available, and they seem to excel at IPAs. I found both their flagship Juice Bomb IPA (no sense in going for anything more than just the most obvious name now, is there?) and Green Islands IPA to be excellent.
They don't offer food other than what's available right there for retail (or if there's a food truck) but that was enough for my wife and I. We got a small round of cheese, some dried beef sticks, and a piece of bread and that was enough. You can of course bring food in if you clean up after yourselves.
Overall I enjoyed my visit (only been once), and seeing as how it's so close to Suarez I can't imagine anyone not stopping in just for one.

Small brewery in a farm environment with somewhat limited seating but very cozy inviting atmosphere and good service. Beers are excellent, and there’s a cooler filled with some snacks (cheeses, meats) to compliment the beer.

Went at open on a Saturday morning. Line of about 20 people for the can release. Opened at noon (on the dot) and patrons filed in. At first you ordered cans and pours at the same time but guy at register started call can only customers up as pour customers waited on their pours. I wouldn't call it overly efficient but not inefficient.
Inside of the barn was prettah prettah prettah cool. Old country feel with pretzels, cheese and other stuff for sale to enjoy with your pours. Outside was a food truck with some damn good burgers. The playground was a nice touch for the families and there were about 10 or so kids playing around.
Was a solid place that I'd certainly stop at again if in the area, but probably won't be a destination for me.

Something has changed in the taproom. There is a smugness in the air and it just doesn't feel as inviting as it once did. They even have people there who just have no business addressing customers. The beer is still awesome, though some variety would be nice.

On a farm, in a rustic farm building in the middle of nowhere....oozes character, brews excellent hazy/juice NEIPAs, as well as great stouts, cans, growlers, pours for on site consumption, friendly stuff, super casual atmosphere...plus a farm store in the same building selling cheese, sauces and other funky stuff....great place to visit and get great beers....plus they are opening a large more industrial kinda space shortly about 30 mins closer to my home....the local beer scene just keeps getting better and better
Food the bar sells is limited to hot dogs...but you guessed it, they are pretty tasty artisanal kinda dogs....

Pulled into Sloop right as they opened and there were already cars in their lot before we arrived. The tasting room is inside a barn/garage of some sort that appears to be on the families property (similar to Hill Farmstead). The tasting room has a small bar where you can seat about 5-6 people and there are tables for more seating. They have small snack-like food like Hot Dogs and Soft Pretzels if you’re rolling on an empty stomach. The beers were pretty solid, they had about 7 different ones on tap which all were good in their own respect. The service was excellent and welcoming. I’d definitely go back to Sloop in the future.

located on a farm/orchard, the taproom is part of an older barn type building. they've got a small bar inside with some seating, some outdoor seating, plus there is a farm store selling local food products, including some pretzels, meat, and cheese you can eat alongside your beer. The taplist consisted of 7 IPAs, 2 sours, and a hard cider. So if you don't like hoppy beer, probably not your kind of place.

Cool place to visit. We hit it up for basically just a can release, but seemed like a decent spot to grab a pint or two. It's a very rustic location with parking in a converted barnyard surrounded by an orchard. Selection is heavily slanted towards IPAs which also tend to be their better offerings. Factor that in if you aren't a hop fan. Service was quick even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Check it out if you are in the area.
