Elizaville was were I trained for bike racing while living on Rhinecliff Road before moving to Cupertino.
Now first rate brewer, must get back up to Sloop.
a) light hazed squash color sporting energetic lashing lace head.
s) Abundant and floral, some grass, citrus, pineapple but perfume is most noticeable.
t) Pineapple dominant, with resin, hmp, herbal notes.
f) Thin, chalky, drying. and citric.
O) Over all lovely perfumey DIPA.

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is hazy yellow with a half-finger of white head that settles quickly.
S: Nose jumps out of the glass - pineapple, pine, and an earthy dankness. Nice.
T: First impression: this is on the "lighter" side of the flavor spectrum, with modest pineapple, some pine needles and apricot. Touch of soft, ripe melon and melon rind. Finishes with a nice lemony bitterness that keeps this from being juicy-sweet. A bit of heat from the ABV is noted in the belly.
M: Medium in heft - though it drinks "lighter" due to the flavor profile - modestly juicy in feel.
O: Quite good. Will have to see what kind of review I gave the "regular" Pixie Dust, but I'm digging this DDH version.

A: The beer is very hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left patches of bubbles covering most of the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pine are present in the nose along with notes of honeydew melon. As the beer warms up, pineapple aromas become prominent.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of honeydew melon with spicy notes of piney hops, hints of pineapple and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a little juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the combination of melon and piney flavors in this IPA. It wasn't that difficult to drink.

Tall can direct from the brewery a week or so ago...canned 12/6/18.
Lighter squash soup in color, fully hazed, lifts a light tan and lasting cap. Leaves ample thicker lacing on the glass.
Pineapple all over the nose.
Tropical fruit notes, fresh and flavorful, some resiny drying hops in the finish, bringing the balance...tasty and well worth a try...get to the source and give it a try...likely available just on tap nowadays.
