A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is hazy coppery-orange in color with no real head. Some lace on the glass after each sip.
S: Modest fruity hops. Tropical fruit and a hint of earthy hops.
T: Sweeter tropical fruit - ripe melon, mango and papaya - and some herbal and earthy hops. Finishes with a modest bitterness that lingers on the back of the palate - but which does not override the overall sweet impression. Some heat noted in the belly.
M: Juicy in feel, but not dramatically so.
O: Solid. Overall impression is that it's sweeter than most of the Sloop "Bomb" offerings.
