Canned 6/01/21 , so just short of five weeks old.
Murky gold, with slight pink tint. Looks like a pineapple/pink grapefruit juice mix. About 1.5 fingers of fine ivory head, that leaves a 1/2" high ring of spotty lacing.
Smells of pineapple juice, white grapes, and galia melon. Slight "fresh" malt aroma. Very inviting! :)
Taste is light bitter/unripe peach, grapefruit, pineapple, white grape, and honeydew melon. A little less sweet than the aroma. Light lingering bitterness.
Feel is medium and juicy, initially lightly creamy, with light, very very fine, sharp carbonation coming in on the latter half. Slight drying effect on the finish and beyond.
Overall , an enjoyable expression of Nelson Sauvin :) .
