Pilsner malt and 2-Row team up to form the base of the grain bill, along with some Flaked and Malted Wheat. For dry-hopping, we loaded this one up with enough Rakau, Cashmere, and Mosaic Cryo to make your glass AND your tastebuds sparkle. Notes of honeydew, donut peach, and tangerine zest on the palate.

From a 16oz can with no date, but I think it was recently (June 2020) produced. Lots of hoppy darkness on the nose, but very smooth on the palate. A vert enjoyable DIPA.

I’m terrible with taste and aroma descriptors but I wanted to a least give this a review because I split a 4 pack of this and many other NY local releases with my brother-in-law and I really enjoyed it as much if not more than any of the other beers we split. I don’t know if it’s the Hop combo overall or the cashmere but the taste pops. My favorite so far from Sloop.

From a growler, from Sam The Beer Man.
Hazy medium yellow, with moderate white head. Looks like pineapple juice, with a head.
Smell is blood orange, pineapple , slight malt, and some alcohol.
Taste is pretty much same as aroma, in the same proportions.
Feel is smooth, with moderate soft carbonation.
Overall, fairly generic DNEIPA, but still quite enjoyable, and dangerously easy-drinking . 32 oz, almost gone, & almost didn't notice. ; )
