This single-hop riff on Juice Bomb features a brand spankin’ new hop from New Zealand! We’re picking up notes of Nectarine and sherbet on the nose, followed by a wave of passion fruit, creamsicle & just a hint of green grapes on the palate.

A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is hazy golden-yellow with a 1-finger foamy white head on top.
S: Good nose of tropical fruity hops (pineapple, limes) with a touch of grass or maybe pine needles.
T: Follows the nose, with pineapple, lime, under-ripe melon and some grapefruit peel. Also some earthiness or leafy-ness that reminds me again of green stuff: grass, pine needles. Finishes with a nice bitterness that offsets any sweeter stuff.
M: Modestly juicy, medium in heft. Finishes pretty dry.
O: Solid. Had never heard of Nectaron (I assume it's a hop variety) before seeing these cans at the Beverage Center; as per usual, Sloop has done a nice job with another addition to their "Bomb" series.

Canning date illegible.
Hazy orange-gold , with one finger of off-white head.
Smell is tangelo, peach , and a creamy pineapple aroma .
Taste is slightly-unripe peach/pit, pineapple, and slight Valencia orange. Middling bitterness. Coconut-cream-ish flavor briefly shows up mid-taste. As it warms, I'm getting a little white grape juice. (Nelson flashback? ;) )
Feel is light-medium, with moderate , fine, carbonation bite/burn.
Overall, another good one in the Bomb series. I still like the original, Juice Bomb, better, but this IS a good one. I've had one other beer with Nectaron ( from Aurora), & this hop seems to be a "must-try" whenever I see it . Go for it! :)

Tall can direct from the source...dating info on the bottom is all smudged up and unreadable
Great looking NEIPA pour
Tropical fruit all over the sniff and flowing through the mouth...notes of ripe oranges abounding...delicious and well worth a try if you see it in the store or at the mothership...
