A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is yellow/straw with a small white head on top.
S: Big nose jumps out of the glass; raw, green hops - pine and pine needles and grass.
T: Follows the nose, with raw, green hops: pine and pine needles, some earthy, grassy undertones as well as some garlic/onion too. Hint of citrus - lemons and limes, maybe grapefruit peel. The more I sip it, the more the fruitier flavors step up. But every now and again it hits the palate with a burst of raw bitterness. Which I'm liking.
M: Good feel to this one that's different from most of the Sloop "Bombs" that I've had. It's lighter in feel, with a more active carbonation to it.
O: Quite good, albeit different from the usual Sloop Bombs.
