Simcoe and Montueka hops bring big dry pine, herbal funk of green veggies with a bitter and dry hop complexity that is pretty abrasive and complex. Floral citrus aroma and a Sharp crispness turns smooth and dry in the feel. Tangy and resinous hops in the finish.
