Poured into narrow imperial pint glass: color is straw, slight haze, head is brighter white and presents one finger thick, lingers well with a solid top, some lacing on glass sides.
Smell is fresh, citrusy, orange lean, some malt with light toast.
Taste is more citrus with a pithy grapfruit lean, some orange zest, light toasted malt.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall a lighter west coast ipa for the strength - needs just a bit more bitterness.

Hazy, dirty gold color. Modest sized head but there's a single-finger of blanketing lace and thin streaks thereafter.
Fresh cut hop aroma. Dry, pale malt background providing a semblance of balance.
The malt is stronger in the taste. There's also a notable alcohol presence. The body is above average. The carbonation is even higher. The finish is bitter and dominating. It leaves a lengthy aftertaste with warming alcohol and just a touch of dryer malt.

Pour golden with some chill haze, dense white head, good retention, rings of lace
Aromas of passionfruit, orange, grapefruit, and slight pine
Passionfruit, orange and grapefruit, soft, slightly sweet malt, clean, pithy finish
Medium bodied, a little light on carbonation
Pretty good
